We ship all products to all US addresses and non-food products worldwide. Our shipping options in US include: Standard Standard shipping charge is $5.00 flat rate per order over $25 and $9.50 for order below $25. Please allow upto 5 business days for total delivery time. Media Media shipping is $5.00 flat rate per order. Order of $25 or higher is qualified for free Media shipping. Total delivery time is 7-12 business days. Media shipping is for orders of books, CD's and/or Games to US destinations only. We will change the shipping method to Standard for orders that are not qualified for Media shipping method. UPS UPS options include: - UPS Ground -will be delivered by date scheduled - UPS 2nd Day Air -will be delivered by second business day - UPS Next Day Air -will be delivered by next business day - UPS Standard to Canada -will be delivered by date scheduled - UPS Worldwide Expedited -will be delivered by date scheduled Our system is integrated with UPS real-time shipping calculation. You can check your order status with UPS tracking number. Tax Policy : There is no tax on orders from outside California. For California orders, sales tax will be automatically calculated during the checkout process only for non-food items. We collect 9.25% tax on non-food items for orders within Santa Clara County, and 8.25% for the rest of California. Customers are responsible for district taxes in California if any. Return Policy : Fresh produce is not returnable. Other products are returnable with in 30 days in the original condition and packages. We will refund your account in the form of original payment. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of all products returned without any defects. Defect products can be exchanged for the same products and My Thai Mart will pay Standard shipping charges for return and replace shipments.
